Arrival and table time
Your booking time is when your table becomes available and any ordered food is served. You are welcome to arrive an hour early to play and stay to play after your table booking ends.
At weekends and during holidays, you must leave the table after 75 minutes. On school days, table time is usually unlimited.
Guest numbers and larger parties
Book for the approximate number of guests you expect. You pay for those who attend, with a minimum of 6 children aged 2–17. Adults who need a seat must be booked as birthday guests.
If your guest count changes by 3 or more, let the location know as soon as possible. Each party table seats 24 guests. For more than 24 guests, you must select an extra table when booking at Ishøj.

Cancel in writing to ishoj@dinoslegeland.dk at least 7 days before the party. The cancellation fee is DKK 100. Later cancellations forfeit the entire deposit.

Your own food, cake and tableware
You are welcome to bring food, drinks and cake. Remember your own cutlery, plates, cups and cake knife. Paper cups cost DKK 2 each and paper plates DKK 3 each.
Birthdays must be held at a booked party table. The café’s regular tables are for other guests.
Decorations and safety
Everyone must wear socks. Helium balloons, confetti cannons and lit candles on cakes are not allowed. Up to two birthday gifts are included; extra gifts can be purchased.
